lutetium (177Lu) vipivotide tetraxetan (Pluvicto®) is not recommended for use within NHSScotland.
Indication under review: treatment of adult patients with prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have progressed on or after treatment with androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI) therapy and are considered appropriate to delay taxane-based chemotherapy.
The holder of the marketing authorisation has not made a submission to SMC regarding this product in this indication. As a result, we cannot recommend its use within NHSScotland.
